Support civil construction projects by coordinating with construction manager to establish project objectives, procedures, data collection methods, and performance standards withing boundaries of NYC policy. Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions using software programs like AutoCAD, etc. Provide engineering reports, calculations, figures, design drawings, specifications and cost estimation. Monitor compliance with NYC codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Perform revie process between sub-contractors, suppliers and design team. Maintain project schedule and project budget and ordering, organizing and storing materials. Requires bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or closely related 5 years of relevant experience or master’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or closely related 3 years of relevant experience. Requires experience in AutoCAD, MS-Project, Primavera P6, Autodesk Revit, On-Screen Take Off, MS-Office Suite, G-Suite. $139214/yr. and benefits.
