This Custodian/Maintenance Worker position involves providing a clean and functional environment by performing various duties, including cleaning the building, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors, as well as cleaning and stocking restrooms. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring doors are locked after hours, cleaning up spills, performing minor repairs, notifying supervisors of major repairs, collecting and disposing of trash, and completing tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
