Summary
This position works eight hour shifts daily from Tuesday through Saturday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. This position performs semi-skilled building maintenance tasks as assigned in areas such as boiler operation and maintenance, rough carpentry, painting, cleaning, and general maintenance to assist in the maintenance, repair, and operating needs of the facility. Occasional transports of residents to and from medical appointments.
Licenses And Certifications
Valid South Dakota driver's license required.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience in operating boilers, boiler maintenance, building/property maintenance, and general maintenance knowledge and skills are preferred and will be considered. Communication skills, honesty, friendly positive attitude, sense of urgency, and willingness to serve others will all prove valuable to the person filling this position.
Knowledge Of
Successful applicant(s) will be required to undergo a background investigation. An arrest/conviction record will not necessarily bar employment. Successful applicant(s) will undergo an abuse and neglect screening. Offers of employment are conditional upon successful completion of a drug screening.
