What You'll Do
- Support the recruitment process from start to finish — sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and helping with offers
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and help craft compelling job posts
- Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial candidate outreach
- Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) updated and organized
- Help coordinate job fairs, hiring events, and other talent outreach efforts
- Stay current on cannabis industry trends and hiring best practices
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal hiring regulations
- Assist with onboarding and welcoming new hires into the company
Experience:
- 0–1 year of experience in recruiting, HR, or a related field (internships, school projects, or customer service experience are a plus!)
- Interest in or exposure to the cannabis industry is a big bonus — we’ll teach you the rest
- Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy talking to others and building connections
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using social media, job boards, and basic office tools (Google Suite, Excel, etc.)
