The ideal candidate will create and maintain a strong online presence for our company. They will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts in an effort to increase brand awareness. Additionally, this individual will understand the target audience and create an appropriate strategy to reach this group. This is a non-paid college credit internship for hospitality, marketing and nightlife students.
Responsibilities

- Community management on social media accounts
- Create engaging text, video, and image content
- Monitor web traffic
- Develop optimal posting schedule
Preferred Qualifications (but not required)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Experience as a social media coordinator
- Strong communication, multitasking and analytical skills

- Community Management: Learn to use techniques to grab the attention of the right influencers and potential customers for the venues. We will teach you techniques to reach out and get the attention of the right local influencers so that they respond to our DMs, engage in conversations with us, follow our accounts and engage on our promotional material.
- Hosting Services: Learn the hospitality side of nightlife marketing. You will be responsible for hosting the influencers which you will help recruit and invite to the events at DAER Dayclub and Nightclub. We will capture organic and staged footage of the influencers enjoying their time and our facilities (bottles, food, experience).

- Collaborate with seasoned staff and fellow interns to maximize the
- educational experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
- Learn the intricacies of relevant content, product activations, brand
- partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct marketing research, develop industry insights, and identify
- areas of opportunity to complete assigned projects.
- The intern will be responsible for creating outstanding, first-class
- content pieces to be posted on club social media accounts.
- This individual will work in a collaborative environment with the social
- media and creative team to help expand the DAER brand across social media.
