What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager/Project Architect position at DAG Architects?
We are currently seeking experienced Project Manager, Project Architect in multiple offices. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire project life cycle, from concept through design, documentation, and construction phase services. You will be responsible for managing personnel involved at different stages of the project and showcase strong design and technical abilities, creating high-quality documents and facilitating a process for successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
- Design construction documents and project management.
- Act as point of contact for all technical issues.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Qualifications
- Required: degree in architectural studies or related field; minimum 5 years’ experience in professional firm.
- Architect license is preferred, with 3 years of experience in a project management/project architect role.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Strong technical expertise related to design and construction.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- Experience in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Bluebeam and Lumion are a plus.
This is a full-time, in-person position that offers flexibility of scheduling and includes travel to client sites and DAG offices.
