We are seeking a friendly and organized Contract Administrative Receptionist for our oil & gas client.
The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate staff.
- Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support office staff with various administrative duties as needed.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
- Prepare and maintain reports as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
