Position Summary
Plumbing Sales manager will lead the operations for executing sales strategies and driving the team towards the company’s growth objectives. This individual will be responsible for managing a group of high-performing plumbing technicians, creating actionable plans, and driving results in plumbing service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire: Manage, coach, and grow a team of talented plumbers, ensuring top-notch performance and customer satisfaction. Field technical questions from the team.
- Drive Sales: Execute strategies to boost team sales and maximize upselling opportunities. Review quotes and estimates and close deals.
- Run the Team Operation: Oversee scheduling, inventory, and job performance to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Deliver Superior Service: Ensure every customer interaction is 5-star worthy, every single time. Collaborate with customer service team to ensure alignment with goals.
- Manage Key Accounts: Build strong relationships with business clients including builders, property management companies and other major accounts.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience and Journeyman License
- Proven leadership and team-building capabilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
