Join the Dahl Honda team in Rhinelander, WI as an Administrative Assistant! In this Monday through Friday position, you will support the General Manager and other leaders with a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer dealership group phones, greet and receive prospects and guests
- Direct guests to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a guest is waiting, and introduce the guest to the salesperson
- Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
As a part-time member of the Dahl Auto team, you will be eligible for 401k with automatic 3% company contribution and discounts on vehicles and services.
