Join the Dahl Honda team in Rhinelander, WI as a Parts Manager, and become a part of our growing business! In this position, you will work alongside our successful Parts team to help lead the team to success! This is a full-time position that will normally require working Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing inventory based on demand and cost targets. Must have knowledge of stock - control systems so that they can effectively record and analyze the movement of parts. Must also maintain accurate records of parts replaced under warranty and details of faulty parts.
- Work closely with Service Manager to ensure parts are to the technicians timely
- Hire, train, and monitor parts department staff
- Forecast goals and objectives for the parts department
- Maintain inventory consistent with the requirements of the various departments
- Create pricing guidelines for customer categories
- Monitor and adjust inventory
- Guarantee all parts are properly tagged
- Supervise stock order procedures
- Enforce guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
