Key Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory levels and ordering parts as needed
- Coordinating with the service department to fulfill repair orders
- Tracking parts usage and ensuring accurate records
- Handling customer inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
- Greet customers professionally and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
- Communicate effectively between customers, writers and technicians
- Process returns and warranty claims accurately
Required Qualifications:
- Prior experience in parts and/or parts management
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Basic working knowledge of automotive systems and terminology
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
