Contract Duration : 12-months | contract-to-hire
Worksite Location : Eden Prairie, MN | on-site one day per month
Compensation : $19.50 per hour

What you'll do as an Account Coordinator :

Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring proactive communication and issue resolution

Manage customer inquiries and updates, ensuring timely and effective responses

Execute customer pricing strategy to capture profitable market share and communicate opportunities to the Account Management team

Utilize tools, data, and best practices to optimize processes and meet customer expectations

Work with internal teams to standardize workflows, minimize manual processes, and ensure adherence to SOPs

Leverage technology to monitor order statuses and resolve issues efficiently

Own results for assigned responsibilities and ensure high-level customer experience

What you need to become an Account Coordinator :

High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong customer service experience, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
