Worksite Location : Mendota Heights, MN
Compensation : $26.00-$35.00 per hour

What you'll do as the Accounts Payable Clerk :

Accurately enter and maintain financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets

Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents for accounts payable transactions

Verify accuracy of invoices and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal departments

Prepare and process payments to vendors, ensuring timeliness and accuracy

Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure proper documentation and filing

Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing reports and assisting with audits

Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed

What you'll bring to the Accounts Payable Clerk role :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred

Proficiency in data entry and MS Office applications, particularly Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Prior experience in accounts payable or general accounting is a plus
