We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team! Dahl Consulting is currently partnering with a leader in the manufacturing industry.   • 55-60k

What you'll do as a Accounts Payable Clerk :

  • Perform general ledger accounting duties including month-end close activities, general ledger reporting, along with account analysis and reconciliation
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations
  • Assist with the preparation of schedules and working papers for annual financial statement audits
  • File sales and tax returns (monthly, quarterly, and annual filings)
  • Data entry including verification of payments using internal software

    • What you'll bring to the Accounts Payable Clerk :

  • 2-year degree in accounting or finance required
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with ERP system
  • Strong knowledge of Excel formulas and functions to manipulate data
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Ability to adhere to and meet deadlines
  • Ability to handle and maintain sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
