- Worksite Location: St. Cloud, MN
- Compensation: $21-25/hr
- Contract to Hire
What you’ll do as the Accounts Receivable Associate:
- Prepare and send invoices to customers
- Accurately process customer payments
- Investigate and resolve irregularities in incoming payments
- Maintain a relationship with customers to ensure accounts are current
- Reconcile bank reports with cash accounts
- Process and ensure proper accounting of returned casting and coordinate with plant Quality Assurance
- Work collaboratively with accounting staff and other departments to ensure accuracy in finances
- Consistently performing all day-to-day financial transactions including reliably and accurately verifying, sorting, calculating, posting and recording the department’s data
- Prepare other statistical reports and job duties as needed
- Personal attendance record should remain in compliance with company
What you’ll bring to the Accounts Receivable Associate role:
- Associates degree in accounting or related field
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations
- Ability to multitask in fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Strong communication skills and effective communication with all levels of the organization
- Highly detail oriented and organized
