Accounts Receivable Specialist

What we need:

Someone with an understanding of accounting principles, ability to maintain complete information and prepare reports, willingness to learn, ability to be self-directed and practice the core mission and values of the Foundation with professionalism.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist (ARS) is responsible for the accounts receivable processes, ensuring accurate and timely gift and payment processing, resolving discrepancies, preparing invoices and tax receipts, assisting with fund set-up, and maintaining accurate financial records, all while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Time commitment to the organization of 32 hours per week. Preferred candidate will have an AAS degree, 2 years accounting experience, nonprofit experience is helpful, proficiency in Microsoft Office, database experience, great customer service and detail orientated.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
