About This Opportunity:
- We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process policy changes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Handle cancellations with care and adhere to E&O guidelines.
- Assist clients with plan and/or carrier changes, claims, and billing.
- Review current insurance programs to offer the right coverage at a competitive price.
- Collaborate with Risk Advisors to ensure client requests are met.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries promptly.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to monitor and complete tasks.
- Maintain positive relationships with partner insurance carriers.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience.
- Willingness to obtain an insurance license.
- Proven customer service skills.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
