Contract Duration : 6 months
Worksite Location : Lake Elmo, MN
Compensation : $22.00 per hour

What you'll do as the Customer Service Representative :

Provide exceptional customer service to Bremer Bank clients, handling a high volume of inquiries (60-80 customers per shift)

Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide guidance on banking products and services

Demonstrate care and commitment during each customer interaction, ensuring a positive experience

Apply extensive training to effectively navigate systems, processes, and procedures

Utilize problem-solving skills and creativity to address customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Collaborate with team members to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately

Help customers navigate through their banking needs during a transitional period of acquisition

Participate in training opportunities to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

What you'll bring to the Customer Service Representative role :

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers

Ability to manage a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced environment

Problem-solving skills with a creative approach to resolving customer inquiries
