Worksite Location : Oak Park Heights, MN | Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Compensation : $30.00-$40.00 per hour
What you’ll do as a Data Entry Specialist :
Assist with data cleanup tasks and provide support during the transition to the new Oracle Fusion system
Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, "IF" statements, and macros) to manipulate and analyze data
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership as needed
Take initiative to ensure tasks are completed on time and within the required standards with minimal supervision
What you’ll bring to the Data Entry Specialist role :
1-2 years of experience in data entry with an understanding of business processes
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, "IF" statements, and macros (creating and updating macros)
Ability to work independently in a remote team environment while staying on track with tasks and deadlines
