Cost analysis and report buildingAccurate key entry of all receiving documentsAudit time-entries for accuracy with field operations personnel and Sub-ContractorsEmail daily progress reports to field teamReceive all inbound products to the operating systemProvide administrative support to a vibrant operations teamPerform other duties as assigned by managerWHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE :
Excellent verbal and written communicationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks with excellent time managementProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookPhysical Requirements : While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop. The employee may occasionally lift and / or move up to 30 pounds. The hiring compensation range for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
