Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist for a short-term contract (1–2 months) to work on-site in Sartell, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating information in ConnectWise, ensuring data integrity and consistency. This position requires an immediate start, offering competitive hourly pay in the range of $18–$25.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Input: Accurately enter, update, and maintain records in ConnectWise.
- Quality Control: Review entries for accuracy and completeness, ensuring data integrity.
- Documentation: Organize and file electronic or paper records as needed.
- Collaboration: Work with team members to resolve data discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information in a secure and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred.
- Software Proficiency: Familiarity with ConnectWise or other CRM systems is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be able to start immediately and commit to the 1–2 month duration.
