Contract Duration: 6-months
Worksite Location: Sugar Land, TX
Compensation: $18 per hour
What you ll do as a Technical Help Desk:
- Provide desktop support for U.S. IT operations, both remotely and on-site at the Sugar Land campus
- Monitor and manage the Sugar Land IT team s support ticket queue, ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Deliver IT support for conferences and on-campus meetings, ensuring smooth technical execution
- Handle imaging, setup, and deployment of laptops for new hires, as well as for repairs and returns
- Assist with IT operational projects in collaboration with the Sugar Land team
What you ll bring to the Technical Help Desk role:
- 1 3 years of IT experience
- High school diploma required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and process-oriented mindset
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related field (preferred)
