What you'll be doing:

• Providing hands-on desktop support to a diverse range of end users.
• Tackling and resolving support tickets efficiently.
• Ensuring our office technology runs smoothly.
• Being the friendly face of IT, delivering exceptional front-line customer service.
• Providing Level 1 & Level 2 software support across enterprise-level applications.
• Mastering backend office MS Office support.
• Utilizing and managing with MS Intune and Active Directory.
• Leveraging remote management tools to provide seamless support.
• Effectively handling incident and service requests.

What you'll bring:

• 5 years of solid enterprise experience in 2nd level support, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
• Proven expertise with remote software tools and lifecycle management.
• Deep understanding of Level 1 & Level 2 software support in an enterprise setting.
• Strong backend office MS Office support skills.
• Hands-on experience with MS Intune and Active Directory.
• Proficiency in remote management methodologies.
• Experience with Incident and Request Management processes and ticketing systems.
• A High School Diploma.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite.
