About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to take charge of our Distribution Center operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of supervisors, driving departmental goals, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple front-line supervisors within the DC
- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed departmental goals
- Manage departmental budgets, including labor costs, packaging, maintenance, and other expenses
- Develop and analyze reports on productivity, quality, and safety performance
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the DC
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
- 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a warehouse or operations environment
- Strong knowledge of logistics, fulfillment, and distribution operations
- Proven track record of leading leaders, developing talent, and empowering them to succeed
