Qualifications
- Bachelor's/4-year degree in Operations or Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 years of progressive leadership experience in a warehouse or operations environment.
- Proven experience as a change agent and ability to establish a strong culture around continuous improvement, safety, quality, and delivery.
