Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Director to lead our therapeutic services team. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, knowledge of industry best practices, and the ability to provide effective clinical supervision.
The Clinical Director will be responsible for:
- Maintaining a physical presence in the Wellness Center/office for a minimum of 8-16 hours a week.
- Attending and participating in training for Sierra Experience and WHMB as needed.
- Writing treatment plans in collaboration with mentors and other adults within the client's community of support.
- Contributing to GMC team training, program feedback, and development.
