Worksite Location : St. Paul, MN
Compensation : $50.00-$90.00 per hour
What you’ll do as the EDI Coordinator :
Lead the implementation and maintenance of EDI solutions, ensuring seamless data exchange between the organization and trading partners
Oversee and manage EDI-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Track and report on project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives
Collaborate with clients and trading partners to establish EDI protocols and troubleshoot any connectivity or data issues
Monitor the quality and accuracy of data exchanged through EDI systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and business rules
Implement procedures for testing and validating EDI data transmissions
Identify and implement improvements to optimize EDI processes and ensure error-free data exchange
Maintain comprehensive documentation for EDI processes, mappings, and configurations
Provide regular reports to leadership regarding the status of EDI projects, issues, and system performance
What you’ll bring to the EDI Coordinator role :
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience in EDI management, implementation, and troubleshooting
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and XML
Proficiency with EDI platforms (e.g., iTrade, Commport, VANs, or similar EDI software)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience with system integrations and data mapping tools is a plus
