Contract Duration : 6-months
Worksite Location : Eagan, MN
Compensation : $22 / hr

What you'll do as the Finance Administrative Specialist :

Handle incoming requests from internal / external customers, ensuring timely completion in line with Service Level Agreements, policies, and procedures.

Manage "DNRA" (3-day SLA) and standard (5-day SLA) alignments for distributors, along with miscellaneous project work as needed.

Set up SAP system by linking distributor and Ecolab customer numbers, ensuring proper agreement alignment.

Authorize distributors for agreements in SAP, generate ACRs, and post them using the AVP outreach tool when needed.

Send email notifications to close the loop with requestors and distributors, utilizing standardized verbiage and archiving notifications.

Prioritize and manage daily workload, escalating as necessary to ensure no overdue requests.

Follow guidelines for managing the pending folder.

Provide daily workload recaps for metric tracking.

What you'll bring to the Finance Administrative Specialist role :

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate with internal and external contacts.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, SAP).

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.

High School Diploma or equivalent; degree in finance or accounting is preferred.
