Contract Duration : 12-months
Worksite Location : St. Paul, MN
Compensation : $25-28 / hr
What you’ll do as the HR Coordinator :
Plan and support event logistics for in-person learning events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment setup.
Plan and support virtual events using various online platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, External Supplier).
Develop and manage event timelines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for Learning and Leadership Development initiatives.
Provide on-site support for in-person learning events to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate technical support for virtual learning events, including setup, testing, and live troubleshooting.
Collaborate with speakers, facilitators, and participants to ensure successful event delivery.
Track and report on attendance, participation, and feedback for learning events.
Support invoice submissions for purchases from external learning and development suppliers.
Ensure accurate completion of external supplier paperwork and maintain organized records.
Coordinate with procurement and IT teams for external supplier onboarding and compliance.
What you’ll bring to the HR Coordinator role :
Expertise in project management and event management with the ability to coordinate multiple moving parts.
Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of learning and development program management.
Experience with catering, logistics, invoice handling, and technical support.
Proficiency in documentation and maintaining organized records.
Background in human resources, operations, or a related field.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field (preferred).
