Job Summary :
Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Operations with recruitment needs including posting, screening and interviewing candidates
- Administer the onboarding process of new hires for both Illinois offices
- Manage the screening process based on Company and Customer requirements
- Administration of e-Verify
- Date entry of all employee documents into the HRIS
- Responsible for ensuring all hiring documents are completed in full
- Scan employee related documents into eFile
- Provide HR support to the Operations Department
- Perform other functions as assigned
- Participate in department initiatives and projects
