Marketing Project Manager (Health Insurance)
Location: Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid – Mostly remote)
Contract Duration: April 2025 – December 2025
Pay Range: $40 to $45/hour W2 with benefits available
About the Role
Medica is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead the execution of marketing initiatives with precision, agility, and a sharp eye for detail. This role will focus heavily on digital asset management and cross-functional coordination, with a preference for candidates with health insurance experience in Individual and Family Business (IFB).
This is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and can seamlessly manage multiple deliverables across channels.
What You’ll Do - Project Management & Execution
- Manage the full lifecycle of marketing projects, from creative development to distribution
- Set up and manage schedules and tasks in workflow tool Robohead
- Route assets for stakeholder and regulatory approvals
- Track project progress and ensure on-time delivery
- Lead weekly status meetings and generate reports
- Partner with business stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and troubleshoot workloads
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 years in project management, marketing operations, or campaign coordination
- Proven ability to drive complex campaigns from concept to launch
- Strong experience with digital channels: email, paid social, paid search, SMS
- Workflow management expertise, preferably in Robohead
- Excellent communicator with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable under shifting priorities
- Naturally curious, self-accountable, and comfortable with ambiguity
- Strong skills in PowerPoint
Ideal Candidate Has:
- Experience in health insurance marketing (especially IFB)
- A knack for managing multiple timelines and deliverables
- A high level of ownership and a “figure it out” mindset
