Contract Duration : 10-months
Worksite Location : Minnetonka, MN or Madison, WI | Hybrid
Compensation : $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Must have :
1 year of experience within the Health Insurance Industry
Strong experience in PowerPoint
Experience in Product Marketing

What you will do as a Marketing Project Manager :

Set up and manage project schedules in workflow tools.

Oversee the daily management of tasks and deliverables in Robohead

Route projects for required review and approval processes

Release projects for production and distribution, ensuring timely market delivery

Facilitate weekly status meetings and create status reports for stakeholders

Track and report project status, addressing any roadblocks and proposing solutions for off-track projects

Coordinate "forward planning" meetings to prioritize upcoming and current work, and identify potential bottlenecks

What you will bring to the Marketing Project Manager role :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Must have : 1 year of experience within the Health Insurance Industry.

Experience in PowerPoint

Experience in Product Marketing

At least 3 years of experience in project management or a related role

Proven ability to successfully drive complex campaigns from planning through execution

Experience managing multiple deliverables across different timelines

Experience working with various media types, including print and digital

Familiarity with workflow management software, preferably Robohead

Excellent communication skills, capable of working confidently with stakeholders at all levels

Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adapt to changing timelines and requirements

Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity and shifting priorities
