Worksite Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay: $45,000/annually
What you’ll do as a Member Services Coordinator:
- Support members, visitors and guests by providing professional, accurate and timely response to inquiries via phone, in-person, and email
- Resolve issues that arise using documentation and departmental resources
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied members offering patient assistance and support
- Utilize technology to address member needs
- Collaborate with other staff and key stakeholders to support continuous improvement in customer service
- Responsible for special projects or areas of focus as needed by the department
- Engage in the organization’s mission and values
- Collaborate with MAR staff by valuing people, teamwork, relationships, and wellbeing
What you need to become a Member Services Coordinator:
- 2 years of administrative, customer service, or call center work experience
- Excellent phone skills and ability to listen empathically and problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer centric orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Prior experience with, or willingness to learn, phone software and CRM tools
- Ability to take a solution-based approach to overcoming challenges and remains resilient
- Ability to meet challenging situations and unsatisfied customers with calm and patience
Salary : $45,000
