Compensation and Benefits :

Responsibilities :
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to close, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Develop and refine operational systems to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout the process.Oversee the preparation, review, and compliance of contracts and documentation.Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other vendors to guarantee smooth transactions.Identify potential challenges in processes and proactively implement solutions.Provide operational and administrative support to agents and leadership.Maintain organized records using CRM and transaction management systems.Collaborate on team and client events, ensuring flawless execution.Assist with marketing efforts, including creating materials for listings and outreach.Support on-site tasks such as property preparations and lockbox management as needed.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Qualifications :
Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related role.Background in real estate is a plus but not mandatory.Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Calm and focused demeanor under pressure.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proactive and resourceful, with a solution-oriented mindset.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools.Client-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.About Company
