- Contract Duration: 5-months
- Worksite Location: On-site in Hartford, CT
- Hourly Rate: $22-23/hr W2
What you’ll do as the Office Automation Specialist:
- Processing W-9 forms in tax database – emphasis on attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Sorting and scanning both paper mail and digital forms received in shared email inboxes.
- Logging voicemails into Excel template.
- Assisting on assorted reports – mostly Microsoft Excel based.
What you’ll bring to the Office Automation Specialist role:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience within Office Admin duties
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must be organized, strong attention to detail and communication skills
Salary : $22 - $23
