Main Responsibilities:
- Manage claims from initiation to closure, ensuring prompt and fair handling
- Communicate regularly with insureds and claimants to keep them informed about claim status
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve claims efficiently
- Support loss control initiatives to minimize exposure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with personal lines staff to enhance collaboration and claim resolution
Required Skills:
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in claims processing, preferably in personal lines
- Active property & casualty insurance license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
