- Contract Duration: 11-months | contract-to-hire
- Worksite Location: Westminster, CO | onsite or remote
- Pay Rate: $40-45/hr W2
What you'll do:
- Execute programs and campaigns to drive growth and revenue opportunities, iterating and refining based on data-driven insights
- Collaborate cross-functionally to understand the target markets and personas and how to tap into those groups
- Analyze and identify key prospect and customer pain points, buying patterns, and business opportunities and maintain a sharp awareness of the competitor landscape
- Measure, analyze, and regularly report on the impact of programs on strategic accounts, as well as performance against core business KPIs while staying hyper-focused on pipeline generation
- Partner closely with sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment, focusing on buyer engagement motions
What you'll bring to the role:
- Ideally 5 years of experience working in a marketing team within a B2B environment
- Experience in campaign management and implementation
- Experience working directly with sales teams
- Experience managing campaign analytics and KPI tracking toward revenue pipeline
- A degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, or other relevant discipline
- Deep understanding of marketing automation/CRM platforms like Marketo, Salesforce, Domo, and 6 Sense among others
- Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and build deep relationships with core stakeholders and team members
- A clear understanding of sales processes and prospecting needs and the ability to engage sales teams in relevant conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication, effective time and project management skills, organized and able to manage your time and work with a high degree of autonomy
- A Bachelor's Degree in a Marketing field ideally with: Experience writing content for the AEC industry is desirable but not required
