Worksite Location : Plymouth, MN
Compensation : $80,000-90,000 annually with a 10% bonus
What you’ll do as the Accounting Manager :
Generate and post month-end closing entries
Supervise accounting functions including accounts payable and special billing
Calculate and maintain monthly deferred revenue entries and reconciliations
Supervise the preparation and reporting of sales and property tax returns
Supervise sales tax and property tax audits
Reconcile fixed asset additions and calculate monthly depreciation
Prepare the information workbook that is used by our tax preparer to calculate apportionment by states
Research regulations and apply for tax licenses
Maintain rental fleet inventory at company branches and stock inventory at manufacturers' sites
Perform stock inventory, rental fleet additions, and branch transfers for all modular spaces and steps
What you’ll bring to the Accounting Manager role :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a degree in Business with equivalent accounting experience
7 years of Accounting experience,
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Database and or skills in analyzing and manipulating large amounts of data
Experience with accounting software Microsoft Navision is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office Suite with Advanced Excel Skills necessary and Power BI and Jet reporting skills desired
