Contract Duration : 6-12 months
Worksite Location : Minnetonka, MN | Hybrid
Compensation : $ 25-26.50 / hr
What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator :
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including requisition management, scheduling interviews, facilitating the offer process, and leading pre-hire and onboarding activities.
Proactively follow up and follow through with candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Handle high-volume interview scheduling and onboarding tasks efficiently.
Complete onsite I-9 verifications for new hires.
Review background checks and adjudicate or escalate for next-level review as necessary.
Represent and promote the organization’s values and mission during all stages of the recruitment process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they understand the organization's mission and the potential impact of their role.
Maintain a strong focus on providing a positive candidate experience from start to finish.
What you will bring to the Talent Acquisition Coordinator role :
High School degree or equivalent required.
2 years of experience in HR / TA coordination or administration-related roles.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms strongly preferred.
Experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on high-volume hiring, is a plus.
Strong project coordination skills, with a proven history of leading or supporting process improvement initiatives.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leadership, candidates, and other stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
