  • Contract Duration : 12-months
  • Worksite Location : St. Paul, MN | Hybrid
  • Compensation : $20.00-$22.00 per hour

What you'll do as the Technical Help Desk Contractor :

  • Handle incoming support calls and emails from the Pest Field team, providing troubleshooting assistance for both software and hardware technical issues
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to field operations
  • Accurately document support incidents and resolutions in the ServiceNow ticket tracking system to ensure proper follow-up and reporting

    • What you'll bring to the Technical Help Desk Contractor role :

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of experience in a Help Desk or technical support role
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering timely, professional support
  • Proven experience in technical support and troubleshooting, particularly in a Help Desk environment
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Critical thinking abilities to quickly assess issues and determine the best course of action
  • Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations with professionalism
