- Maintain and develop office systems and procedures
- Analyze information and communicate potential solutions
- Plan and coordinate company meeting and events
- Provide support to clients across various channels (phone, chat, email)
- Ensure communication between clients and operations to ensure successful transit arrangements
- Conduct shipment planning and scheduling with warehouses
- Handle logistics coordination for customer deliveries
- Complete sales contract creation
- Create and send customer invoicing
- Monitor carrier performance
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and take initiative without immediate supervision
- Strong communication and grammar skills, both written and verbal
- Must be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal and time management skills
- Great attention to detail and self-driven attitude
