Vice President of Enterprise Sales Job Description
The Vice President of Enterprise Sales will be responsible for building and leading an organization of Enterprise sales in our Employer and Individual segment. This person will partner effectively internally and cross functionally with the GM, marketing, sales, product management, engineering, and other shared services of the organization. This role will report to the Chief Sales Officer.
What you will do as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales :
Ensure strong sales culture and structure is in alignment with company strategy
Support your Senior Directors, Enterprise Sales in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to drive company growth
Establish strategic partnerships, cultivate key client relationships, and oversee sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets
Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and optimize performance
Set targets and create detailed plans to deliver, prioritizing efforts for maximum impact on partner / customer and business outcomes
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals, in partnership with the GM
Support Senior Directors in identifying and defining new markets, customer segments, and business partnerships
Develop strong internal relationships with supporting teams, working closely with GM and other departments to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach
What you will bring to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales role :
BA / BS degree, Masters preferred
10 years of experience in business development and account management, with a strong focus on partner relationships
10 years of experience leading a sales organization
Broad and deep existing relationships across healthcare insurance landscape
Experience in a similar role with a focus on coaching, and development of sales teams
Experience building sales departments, processes and best practices
In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and motivational techniques
