Join us in driving innovation and expanding our customer base within the employer segment as a VP, Enterprise Sales. This pivotal role will collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute growth strategies, aiming to achieve outstanding sales performance and exceed targets within the employer segment. This role demands an experienced people leader passionate about coaching and developing sales team, combined with deep understanding of complex sales cycles, adeptness in negotiating large deals, and exceptional relationship-building skills to drive new business and maintain long-term relationships with key clients. Reporting to our Chief Sales Officer, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within our organization.
What you’ll do:
Ensure strong sales culture and structure is in alignment with company strategy
Support your Senior Directors, Enterprise Sales in identifying, developing, and managing new business opportunities to drive company growth by establishing strategic partnerships, cultivating key client relationships, and overseeing sales and marketing initiatives to achieve revenue targets
Lead sales teams to achieve sales targets and optimize performance
Set targets and create detailed plans to deliver, prioritizing efforts for maximum impact on partner/customer and business outcomes
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals, in partnership with the GM
Support Senior Directors in identifying and defining new markets, customer segments, and business partnerships
Develop strong internal relationships with supporting teams, working closely with GM and other departments to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach.

What you’ll bring:
You possess a minimum of 10+ years experience in business development and account management, with a strong focus on partner relationships.
A minimum of 10+ years’ experience leading a sales Organization
You’ve established broad and deep relationships across the healthcare insurance landscape, enhancing collaboration and opportunities within the industry.
You have proven experience in building sales departments, developing processes, and implementing best practices to drive performance and growth.
BA/BS degree required; Master's degree preferred
You have strong in-depth knowledge of selling strategies and motivational techniques

Salary : $203,000 - $270,000
