In this fast-paced position at Dahl Honda in Onalaska, WI, you will put your customer service skills to good work by taking care of our express service guests. Greet them with a smile as they enter the facility, ensure we take care of their vehicle service needs and communicate with them throughout the process. We will train you on your system and process - just bring your customer service experience and be ready to succeed!
Responsibilities

Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.

Communicate with technicians and relay helpful information back to the customer
Qualifications

Organized and friendly personality
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results

Team oriented and self-motivated

Able to work with little supervision

Previous automotive knowledge/experience is helpful, but not required

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
