Job Opportunity: Project Manager in Industrial Construction

Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver to customer commitments made in the proposal by coordinating and overseeing all project activities.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and Dahmes stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Lead project bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and pre-planning & sequencing to guarantee timely and cost-effective project execution.
- Write subcontracts and purchase orders, facilitate buyouts, and procure materials, devices, and equipment for field and fabrication needs.
- Set up and maintain Procore projects, conduct installation inspections, facilitate project commissioning and construction meetings, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements.
Required Skills:
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, and bring 3 years of experience in industrial process and/or commercial construction.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of SolidWorks and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.
- Physically capable of climbing stairs, working on ladders/lifts, and handling various tools and instruments, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA and travel internationally as needed.
Preferred Competencies:
- PMP certification is highly preferred, along with being detail-oriented and possessing strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in critical path scheduling, using Gantt charts, and knowledge of sanitary construction requirements.
- Hardworking, self-starter who is capable of organizing and tackling large, complex tasks.
- Experience with structural steel and precast concrete projects is a plus.
