Production Center Manager
Position Objective:
The Daida Center Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Daida center's operations, including production planning, resource management, quality control, and staff supervision. This position requires strong leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Daida Center.
Job Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Lead Daida Center employees, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure adherence to production schedules, KPIs and quality standards
Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans and KPIs to meet customer timeline.
Resource Management: Allocate and maintain resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to ensure smooth production processes and meet revenue goals.
Workflow Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow optimization, implementing best practices to enhance productivity, quality and efficiency.
Warehouse Management: Oversee management processes.
Managing Team: Lead and mentor Daida center staff, providing leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to foster a positive work environment and ensure high levels of productivity and morale.
Revenue Goals: Understand monthly revenue goals and plan the Daida Center work accordingly to ensure labor costs are in alignment to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Customer Service: Always provide exemplary customer service by ensuring projects for customers are completed timely and accurately and partnering with Customer Success Managers to communicate regularly and keep customers informed and up to date on their project.
Production Reporting and Billing: Review daily productivity forms. Prepare, review and submit accurate billing per the SOW, meeting customer
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field and/or 5 years of production management experience.
- Proven experience in a production management role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a track record of achieving production targets and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience using Excel and data analysis.
- May need to lift and/or move up to 35-pound document boxes.
- Excellent communication and people management skills.
- Proven self-starter and loves to lead people
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
