Location: Faribault, MN - In office 5 days per week

Timeline: This Internship opportunity is for May-August 2025

What You Will Do

• Conduct root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons for quality problems
• Utilize data mining techniques to pinpoint root causes of quality problems
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address identified issues
• Work closely with team members to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
• Document existing processes and procedures related to quality control
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Sophomore or Junior currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering or related major
• Experience in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
  
  

The typical hourly pay rate for this position is $23/hr. This represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
