HVAC Controls Technician III

A Day in the Life: Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming Create and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships What's in It For you: Factory Certified Training, Refrigeration Certification or other professional on the job training in the HVAC Industry The opportunity to work on all types of commercial equipment and cutting-edge technologies such as Intelligent Equipment Daikin Applied provides technicians with company vehicle, laptops, mobile devices, and other technologies Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more! The ability to make an impact and shape your career with a company that is passionate about growth The support of an organization that believes it is vital to include and engage diverse people, perspectives, and ideas to achieve our best Required 5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility or 7+ related experience Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district Ability to lift to 50lbs with or without an accommodation Preferred Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification Strong computer skills, including computer networking fundamentals Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position
