The Building Automations System (BAS) Controls Technician is critical to the success in ensuring our customer receive top-notch service as it relates to the installation, programming, and service of commercial digital control systems while maintaining quality and profitability.

A Day in the Life:
Identify, analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot direct digital control systems
Perform preventative maintenance, commissioning, and replacement modifications as needed or requested by customers
Maintain building automation systems by inspecting trend logs, reports, schedules, applications, hardware, and programming
Create and/or implement programming and graphics for new installations and retrofit projects
Commission controls installations and verify that control sequences meet scope, design, or specifications
Provide responsive and professional customer service with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Required
5+ years related experience with increasing responsibility or 7+ related experience
Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, with a certificate in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district
Ability to lift to 50lbs with or without an accommodation
Preferred
Niagara AX and/or Niagara 4 certification
Strong computer skills, including computer networking fundamentals
