Job Title: Direct Support Professional (Caregiver)

Employment Type: Part-Time (3 Days a week)
Job Description: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated male or female Direct Support Professionals to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them to lead fulfilling and independent lives.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Support clients in participating in community activities and social events.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients.
- Implement and follow individual care plans and behavioral support plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working as a DDA (Developmental Disabilities Administration) caregiver.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
