- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about Daily Dot Art’s products, services, and events.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
- Document and update customer interactions and information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Help manage and process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
